Murray, 28, this week put pen to paper on a deal to keep him at Hibs until May 2012.[LNB]By the time it expires, he will have spent a total of 10 and a half years across two spells at the club.[LNB]Hibs have won one major trophy since Murray first joined them in July 1999 - unfortunately it arrived during his two years at Rangers.[LNB]But with the club third in the SPL ahead of Wednesday night's trip to St Johnstone and favourites to reach the Scottish Cup semi-finals, he may soon have his best chance yet of picking up a winners' medal.[LNB]"There's no point in us going out every Saturday if we don't think we can achieve something," he said.[LNB]"We're sitting third and challenging for the Scottish Cup and second place, third place in the league."[LNB]Hibs' performances have also put a number of their Scotland players back in the frame for international recalls.[LNB]"I'd like to think I'm playing well enough to be considered," said Murray, who earned the last of his six caps in May 2006 and who gave up hope of playing for his country last October after being overlooked yet again by former Scotland boss George Burley.[LNB]"I'm not saying I'll be picked or I should be picked," he said.[LNB]"I can only play as well as I can. I've enjoyed my season at Hibs.[LNB]"It's not something I've thought too much about but, equally, I'd like to think that I've done enough to merit a chance.[LNB]"But, at the end of the day, it's up to the manager.[LNB]"Scotland have gone through a tough time and it'll take Craig Levein a few years to sort everything out.[LNB]"There's no doubt every player wants to be a part of it."[LNB][LNB]
