The utility player has already added 72 appearances for Hibs since returning to Easter Road from Norwich City in January 2008 - taking his total appearances for the club to 238.[LNB]Meanwhile, boss John Hughes on Monday ruled Kevin McBride out of this week's two crucial SPL matches against St Johnstone after the midfield star limped off against Rangers at Ibrox on Sunday just seven minutes after coming on as substitute.[LNB]The former Motherwell player crumpled in a heap with no-one near him which allowed Kevin Thomson to take possession and set up Kenny Miller for the third goal in 3-0 victory for the home side.[LNB]McBride will be sent for a scan on Monday on what is thought to be a groin injury - but Hughes is expecting the player to miss both Wednesday and Saturday's games.[LNB]"Kevin turned, slipped and seems to have opened up his groin," he told Edinburgh Evening News. "He's usually a quick healer but I'd say he's definitely out of the next two matches."[LNB][LNB]
