Ling throws hat into Hibees ring
Ling has thrown his hat into the ring following the resignation of Mixu Paatelainen on Friday night.
Falkirk boss John Hughes had been considered the favourite to land the job but appeared to rule out a move to Easter Road following yesterday's Homecoming Scottish Cup final.
However, Ling has been more forthcoming in his interest.
He told the Scottish Sunday Express: "I haven't spoken to anyone at Hibs since Mixu resigned.
"All I can say is that I am a manager who is out of work and of course I would be interested in a top job like Hibs.
"I will be speaking to the chairman when I return from holiday to see where we go from here."
