Hibernian skipper Rob Jones is confident that team-mate Steven Fletcher can cope with speculation linking him with a spectacular move to Real Madrid.
The 21-year-old Scotland international striker is rumoured to be attracting interest from the Spanish champions and Jones believes that Fletcher will be unfazed by such talk.
He told The Scotsman: "Steven is a young boy with a very old head. He takes everything in his stride and just gets on with it.
"We all forget that he's only 21 years old. He's been around the first team for four or five seasons and he's had another fantastic campaign.
"All speculation is good and he'll take it as it comes. If something happens for him then so be it, if it doesn't, he'll just carry on performing and scoring goals for us as he did last season."
