Hibernian have agreed a deal to sign former Rangers and Charlton Athletic striker Jonatan Johansson in January.
The 33-year-old Finland forward will join the Edinburgh club on a free transfer when the window reopens following the end of his contract with Swedish club Malmo.
Johansson is a former team-mate of Hibs boss Mixu Paatelainen during his playing days.
"I am delighted to have secured the services of Jonatan and I am confident that Hibernian supporters will quickly appreciate that we have obtained an experienced international striker, who has scored goals wherever he has played," he told the club's official website.
"He also has experience of the Scottish Premier League, so I'm sure he will settle very quickly into our squad."
