Kilmarnock will be without attacking trio David Fernandez, Kevin Kyle and Mehdi Taouil through suspension, whilst injury has also robbed boss Jim Jefferies of Allan Russell, Danny Invincibile, James Fowler and Donovan Simmonds.[LNB]With Frazer Wright another doubt after picking up an injury in training, Hibs will be keen to take advantage.[LNB]However, following two defeats to the Ayrshire men already this season - the second of which, a 4-2 loss, came against only 10 men in December - Paatelainen is wary of reading too much into Kilmarnock's selection problems.[LNB]Despite having so many players unavailable, Paatelainen believes Jefferies' outfit will still prove tough opponents as they seek a return to the top six.[LNB]He said: "Kilmarnock have been in the top six for long spells this season but they are disappointed to have dropped out in recent weeks.[LNB]"I'm sure they will want to bounce back and do well.[LNB]"They've beaten us twice already this season, so we don't need too many reminders of how dangerous they are.[LNB]"They might have a couple of players missing but they have other players coming from the bench.[LNB]"There are plenty of players there that can hurt us and we must be on our toes and perform to the top level if we want to take anything from the game."[LNB]Paatelainen has his own injury concerns, with defender Ian Murray being ruled out for up to a month following an operation to remove scar tissue from his groin.[LNB]And the Finn is hopeful the prolonged absence of one of his most experienced players does not affect his young side's European hopes.[LNB]He said: "Ian is an experienced player and we need experience. He is a fantastic full-hearted player and fantastic defensively, but injuries are part of the game.[LNB]"The younger players are able to play well enough but so often with the youngsters it is about consistency.[LNB]"Sometimes they end up making unnecessary mistakes and you draw or lose matches you shouldn't.[LNB]"It is all part of the learning curve and everybody must go through it."[LNB][LNB][LNB]
