Hibs defender Chris Hogg thinks boss John Collins should put his trust in the club's youngsters for Tuesday's Scottish Cup semi-final replay against Dunfermline.
A young Hibs side produced an impressive display in the 2-2 draw against Aberdeen to lift spirits at a club that has endured a difficult few weeks.
Hogg said: "Every player on the pitch against Aberdeen did themselves no harm ahead of selection for Tuesday. I'm proud of the way they handled it.
"I believe one of the reasons the young ones came in was because the boss is good at making you believe in yourself as a player.
"He has been a massive influence on the young boys. He trusts the players to perform the right way which, for most of the game, we did.
"There's nothing worse than when you're a young lad at a club and feel you aren't being given a chance to play.
"Our kids come in every day and work as hard as anyone and the gaffer has proved he sets no parameters on age - if you're good enough, you're old enough."
