Hibs lodge Hogg appeal

Hibernian have decided to launch an appeal after Chris Hogg was controversially sent off in Saturday's 2-1 defeat against Dundee United.
The 24-year-old was dismissed four minutes before full-time for a late tackle on Craig Conway after which the Terrors grabbed their winner.
A livid Hibs boss Mixu Paatelainen said of the decision to show Hogg a red card: "I didn't think, in my opinion, it was a red card. These are very big decisions, these decisions decide matches. They have to be correct ones.
"I didn't think it was a malicious tackle, he went for the ball. It was late and it was possibly a yellow card."
