New Hibernian striker Clayton Donaldson can't wait to make his debut during the club's pre-season tour to Austria.
The 23-year-old hit-man left Conference club York City on a free transfer at the end of the last campaign and is relishing the prospect of playing in the SPL this season.
"It's great to get away for pre-season. I've been at clubs where you don't go any further than just around the corner from your home ground so this is great," he told the club's official website.
"The weeks seem to have dragged on since I first knew I was joining Hibernian.
"I just can't wait to put on a Hibs shirt and play my first game, regardless if that is a friendly or a league game.
"Of course pre-season games are never the same as the real thing, it's about getting match-fitness levels up and I know those first few games will be hard.
"But then I have the excitement of looking forward to playing in the Premier League, so everything between now and then is about getting to the right level where I can be selected."
