Hibernian are awaiting an answer from CSKA Sofia over their attempts to sign former Celtic striker Cillian Sheridan.[LNB] The Irishman impressed manager Colin Calderwood on trial but has two years left on his contract with the Bulgarian club.[LNB]Calderwood is also looking to secure international clearance for another trialist, Junior Agogo, to sign.[LNB]Calderwood told Hibernian TV: "We've made an offer to Cillian and his agent. But really the offer is to the other club, so they are digesting that and we are waiting to hear back from them."[LNB]Agogo, 32, played under Calderwood at Nottingham Forest and is a free agent after a spell in Cyprus with Apollon Limassol.[LNB]Calderwood, whose team open their Scottish Premier League campaign against Celtic on Sunday, said: "Junior is still here - we are waiting for clearance to get him ready to be available for us.[LNB]"He is in good condition actually, so there was a little hold-up in not being able to play against Falkirk. But ongoing I think it will be very exciting for us."[LNB]
