Midfielders looking good, defender gets game time

Hibs boss Terry Butcher has been handed a double injury boost ahead of Saturday's visit of Partick Thistle.

Kevin Thomson looks set to come back in to contention after missing Saturday's Scottish Cup 4th Round win over Ross County with a hip injury.

Fellow Scotland international midfielder Scott Robertson is also expected to be fit for the visit of the Glasgow side.

The former Dundee United midfielder came off the pitch with a tight hamstring in Dingwall, but is set to be given the all-clear to play.

Defender Tim Clancy also continued his comeback tonight, playing in the Hibees U20's side's 7-1 win over Dunfermline.
