Hibernian rule out Nish sale

Hibernian manager Mixu Paatelainen has rejected an enquiry from a Chinese club for striker Colin Nish.

The 27-year-old has scored six goals for the Easter Road club this season and Paatelainen is adamant that Nish is going nowhere at the moment.

He commented: "There's nothing there, he stays with us.

"It is just a rumour, although there was a question asked by an agent as to whether he would be available, but that was it.

"He's not a player we want to lose, not at the moment anyway. He's been taking part in the matches and done well.

"He gives us something we wouldn't have if he was to go and it is important we have as many options as possible."
