In-form Hibernian face St Mirren with no new problems

Alan Stubbs has no fresh injury worries ahead of Saturday's Ladbrokes Championship clash with St Mirren.

The Easter Road outfit host the Buddies but are only missing on-loan Chelsea forward Islan Feruz (knock) and long-term absentee Danny Handling (knee).

Hibs have racked up five straight wins - including Wednesday's League Cup success over top-flight leaders Aberdeen - but Stubbs is refusing to get carried away.

He told tHibs TV: "That's five straight wins now, no goals conceded, and the team deserve a lot of credit for that. But we're not going to dwell on that, because football has a habit of catching you by surprise when you're resting on your laurels."

St Mirren have added attacking options to consider at Easter Road as Paul McMullan and Steven Thomson are available after injury.

But an ankle injury continues to keep Alan Gow out of action and Jason Naismith remains absent with a long-term knee injury.

Manager Ian Murray said: "We have shown in patches recently that we can be a good side and what we have to do now is turn a good 45 minutes or a good hour in a full game performance.

"We will need that against a Hibs side who are not giving away many goals just now and that will be flying after beating Aberdeen."
