Hibs boss Mixu Paatelainen has dismissed reports linking Steven Fletcher with a £4.5million move to Real Madrid.
Weekend stories suggested the Spanish side's general manager, Predrag Mijatovic, had spoken with officials at Easter Road about the highly-rated 21-year-old's future.
However, Paatelainen insisted: "There has been no contact."
Meanwhile, striker Clayton Donaldson is being linked with a transfer to Crewe Alexandra.
