Collins praises wantaway Brown

Hibernian boss John Collins has spoken in glowing terms about Scott Brown after the midfielder made his full Scotland debut against Italy in midweek.

The 21-year-old is set to leave Easter Road this summer, but Collins is in no doubt that Brown is heading for the top.

He told The Scotsman: "He is a valuable player already and a valuable asset. There are not that many Scott Browns walking about football pitches.

"I think it does add value when you are classed as an international player. It tends to up the value.

"He is a good football player and he has lots of attributes and I am just delighted to have him in my team at the moment."
