Hibernian boss John Collins was remaining calm after seeing his side win 1-0 at Ibrox against Rangers to go top of the SPL table.
A David Murphy goal gave Hibs a famous victory and made it nine games without defeat in the league this term.
However, a cautious Collins said afterwards: "We are not getting carried away, there is a long way to go and we have only played nine games.
"The lads have done ever so well, but the one thing you don't do in football is get carried away. If you get carried away, you get knocked straight back down to earth.
"The players deserve the credit. They have got the results, they've played well and scored goals.
"They have beaten the Old Firm and they deserve all the credit."
