Hibernian boss Colin Calderwood insists it is too early to talk of a crisis at Easter Road.[LNB] Hibs lost 4-1 at Kilmarnock last weekend and have now won one and lost two of their SPL fixtures ahead of Saturday's match with St Mirren.[LNB]Calderwood's side struggled for consistency last term as they finished 10th in the SPL, while many performances last season were met with derision from supporters.[LNB]Calderwood, who was appointed last October, said: "What we're looking for is to...do what we need to win. We lost the last one.[LNB]"We need to bounce back, we need to get a home victory and we need to show the fans we're up for the season.[LNB]"The weekend was a reverse and we'll take it on the chin."[LNB]Calderwood was determined not to dwell on the negatives of the loss at Rugby Park.[LNB]He added: "We had to address it and we did quite quickly after Kilmarnock and showed the things we know we have to improve.[LNB]"They were so glaring that it makes it quite easy to go and work at that.[LNB]"The other side is to show them the things they did excellently and there were one or two things.[LNB]"I think we'll make good progression because of the defeat, but also because they're a group who have got much more to give and show than they did last Sunday and I know they've got the ability in there.[LNB]"We're looking forward to the weekend. It's an appetising game."[LNB]Sean O'Hanlon (toe) and Akpo Sodje (knee) returned to training this week, leaving Hibs with just Michael Hart (groin) and Sean Welsh (cheekbone) out this weekend.[LNB]Welsh returned to training on Thursday after being injured in a training-ground incident with team-mate Martin Scott earlier this summer.[LNB]Asked how challenging it will be for the duo to be training together once more, Calderwood said: "Not difficult at all. It's a working place and we expect everyone to behave properly.[LNB]"We're delighted that he's back and we'll ease him back."
