Boss preparing for new season

Colin Calderwood hopes to mould his Hibernian team into shape in the final six matches of the Clydesdale Bank Premier League campaign in order to achieve more next season. Hibs finished fourth last term, but a poor start contributed to the departure of John Hughes in October and Calderwood's appointment. His side struggled towards the foot of the table for most of the campaign, before a run of five straight wins resurrected Hibs' season. Calderwood said: "We don't have the excitement of being in the top six, but we've got lots to play for - only for ourselves. "We've got to look after what we do. We've got to be professional and we've got to build on the momentum and the run we're on. We want to finish as positively as we can. "It will be a good examination of our professionalism and also the level that we can achieve and that's what really interests me in the games coming up."
