Former players wants return to Easter Road. Ex Hibs loan player Alan Gow has today sent out a “come and get me” plea to manager John Hughes. Gow, 27, has just been released by relegated Plymouth Argyle, and is on the look-out for a new club. The former Falkirk, Rangers and Blackpool man spent six months on loan at Easter Road last season, and admits he would love a return to Edinburgh. Speaking to the Clydebank post, Gow said: “Hibs are away in Holland at the moment and they just left on Thursday so I will have to wait until he returns. “Of course I would like to join Hibs. “I know the management well and I’m friendly with a lot of the players. “We will just need to see what happens. “It was a good experience playing for Hibs last season. “It was good to be back playing and being back home as well. “Unfortunately I was injured last season so I did not play as often as I should have but I am fine now.”   Tell us what you think of this news on the Hibernian-Mad message board, at the link below. http://www.hibernian-mad.co.uk/mboard/loadboard.asp
