Bulls close on stand plans

Hereford hope to finally submit a planning application this week for the new-look Blackfriars End at Edgar Street.The planning process has been ongoing ever since the stand failed a safety inspection last summer, forcing its closure to supporters this season.But following a meeting last Thursday in which representatives from all quarters discussed the latest plans put forward by an architect, it is hoped the proposal will be submitted by the end of this week after slight tweaks are made to allow for improved emergency vehicle access.Hereford are looking to cover all angles before they formally apply for planning consent.
