Pitman relieved to avoid relegation

Hereford boss Jamie Pitman was overjoyed after his side's battling 1-1 draw against Bradford ensured their survival. The Bulls had to do it the hard way after falling behind to Jake Speight's 81st-minute penalty, but striker Stuart Fleetwood fired in a late free-kick to earn the hosts a crucial point. "I am absolutely delighted - it has been a tough season but more than anything we are very relieved," said Pitman. "The players are sitting in the dressing room and are not saying a great deal. Personally, it's been a really tough season, it's been stressful, painful and a rollercoaster ride of emotion. "But it's the best job in the world and that is what you have to deal with. "I have got to thank my players for that and my staff and a lot of people who have kept me going all the time."
