Pitman: Destiny is in our hands

Hereford boss Jamie Pitman insisted survival remains in the Bulls' own hands after defeat to Lincoln. Delroy Facey scored the only goal for the in-form Imps as Hereford's own run of four winning games came to an end. "We were probably a bit lacklustre and didn't have the quality at the end," said Pitman. "We have also been on a good run but now we have to make sure we deal with that and get on with the next game. "They had one or two opportunities but nothing else and probably we had the same. "Now we have to win our own games because we cannot control whatever our rivals are doing. Like Lincoln and ourselves, anyone can get on a run so we have to control our own destiny."
