Pitman backs Bulls to survive

Jamie Pitman is confident his Hereford side will avoid relegation after they secured a 1-1 draw at Morecambe. Steve Leslie put the Bulls on course for three precious points but Will Haining struck 19 minutes from time to deny them. Hereford are three points ahead of second-bottom Barnet with two games remaining, against Bradford and Macclesfield, and Pitman believes they have enough quality to avoid the drop. He said: "Next week is a massive game for us against Bradford, there is no doubt about it. "But it is a massive week for a lot of clubs who are all desperate for points and every side at the bottom has tough games and we just have to worry about ourselves and look to make home advantage count. We will go into the game confidently though because I know we have a side that is good enough to get us over the line. "We showed a lot of desire to get something from the game and that is something we have been doing all season and I hope it will be enough. If you had said to us in November that we would have a chance of survival going into the final couple of games of the season we would have taken that so we will be giving it our all."
