Templeton named in Scotland U21 squad

Hearts winger David Templeton has retained his place in a familiar-looking Scotland Under-21 squad for the Euro 2011 play-off against Iceland.[LNB] Templeton was a late replacement for Murray Davidson for Scotland's final group games after the St Johnstone midfielder was forced to pull out with a head injury.[LNB]The 21-year-old is named in addition to the 22 players who were initially selected for those games against Belarus and Austria.[LNB]Scotland face Iceland in Reykjavik on October 7 before the deciding match at Easter Road on October 11.[LNB]Squad: Barclay (Falkirk), Gallacher (Rangers), Martin (Leeds); Caddis (Swindon), Hanlon (Hibernian), Marr (Celtic), Perry (Rangers), Saunders (Motherwell), Scobbie (Falkirk), Wilson (Liverpool); Arfield (Huddersfield), Bannan (Aston Villa), Coutts (Preston), Davidson (St Johnstone), McGinn (Watford), Shinnie (Rangers), Wotherspoon (Hibernian), Forrest (Celtic); Goodwillie (Dundee United), Griffiths (Dundee), Maguire (Aberdeen), Murphy (Motherwell), Templeton (Hearts).
