Santana out of St Johnstone clash
Suso Santana will miss the trip to St Johnstone as Hearts seek a third Clydesdale Bank Premier League win in a week.
Winger Santana, who was an unused substitute in the 2-0 win at Hibs and came on after 87 minutes in the defeat of Celtic, is to undergo a knee operation to repair cartilage damage, while Jason Thomson is a doubt with an ankle problem.
Lee Wallace (knee) and Andrew Driver (thigh) are two to three weeks away from full training, with David Obua (groin) still out.
