Pars borrow Jason from Jambos
Hearts defender Jason Thomson has joined Scottish Premier League rivals Dunfermline on loan until January 1.[LNB] The 25-year-old full-back has struggled to nail down a regular first-term berth at Tynecastle, so will join SPL newcomers Athletic.[LNB]"We have a lot of right-backs at the club," assistant boss Billy Brown told Hearts News.[LNB]"Jason has had a few injuries and is at the stage of his career when he needs to be playing regularly.[LNB]"He is a good professional, a smashing lad, but he does need to be playing regularly and we cannot guarantee him that at Hearts just now."[LNB]Thomson is expected to be part of the Dunfermline squad that travels to Austria as part of their pre-season preparations.
