Neilson tipped to continue

Hearts' assistant-coach Stephen Frail has backed Robbie Neilson to play on at Tynecastle for many more seasons despite being honoured at a testimonial dinner.

The defender marked 11 years at the Edinburgh club with a star-studded occasion on Sunday night, but, as he is only 27 years of age, Frail expects him to remain a fixture in the first team for some time to come.

"It was a fantastic night and it was well-deserved because Robbie has been a good servant to the club," he said. "But I hope that he's around for a long time to come at Hearts.

"Usually testimonial dinners and matches come at the end of a player's career with a club, but Robbie is only 27 and has been very loyal.

"He's got a great approach to things and I certainly hope that he's still got a few years left at Hearts."
