Christian Nade is ready to back down in his dispute with Hearts over a contract he claimed to have with the club, according to his agent.[LNB] The French striker this week accused the Jambos of failing to honour a new three-and-a-half-year deal he says he signed earlier in the season.[LNB]The club have previously denied any contract extension had been agreed with Nade and responded to claims made by the player in a local newspaper by threatening legal action against him.[LNB]Nade's representative, Laurent D'Jaffo, admits there is a lack of documentary evidence to support the allegations made by Nade, who was released by Hearts at the end of the season.[LNB]"We have been on to the PFA but because we don't have the documentation in writing it won't stand up in a court of law," D'Jaffo said in the Edinburgh Evening News.[LNB]"It is disappointing because we took the people of Hearts at face value but they have gone back on their word."[LNB]Meanwhile, Jose Goncalves - who was offered a new contract at Tynecastle but turned it down - has revealed he is weighing up options in the Barclays Premier League and the Spanish Primera Liga.[LNB]The 24-year-old defender, who has been linked with Wigan, said: "I will know in the next week; things are moving forward.[LNB]"I will be in England or Spain. I have options in the Premier League and La Liga. I think the Premier League is the best league in the world.[LNB]"The club in England is not a newly-promoted team. Every year in the Premier League, they are doing very well and I think it's a good option. I have discussed a contract with them and we just need to discuss the small stuff and see if everything can work out like we want.[LNB]"I said before that I would like to stay in Scotland but, if I stay, it's only for Rangers or Celtic. I had some contact with one of them before so it's possible, but my main two options are England and Spain."
