Striker Nade was axed after allegedly punching team-mate Ian Black after the SPL defeat at Celtic earlier this month.[LNB]The Frenchman was due back in Edinburgh on Thursday after being allowed to return to his homeland for family reasons.[LNB]He will come come back to a letter from the Tynecastle club inviting him and a representative to attend a meeting next week to put his side of the story.[LNB]Manager Jim Jefferies confirmed Nade would not be selected for the trip to Pittodrie as a result of the outstanding disciplinary proceedings.[LNB]He added: "We've got to find out what happened from various people - myself included.[LNB]"Then we'll sit down and look at it and then we'll call him to a meeting.[LNB]"It's only right that he's allowed his representation in that as well."[LNB]Jefferies this week began to process of drawing up a written code of conduct at Tynecastle, revealing he was not aware of any being in place before he succeeded Csaba Laszlo last month.[LNB]"I've been the one given the task to go away and put my thoughts to it," he said.[LNB]"I did that yesterday and I'll take it to our next meeting soon to see what people think of it.[LNB]"We'll try to implement it right away."[LNB]One player who has been disciplined by the club this season is Laryea Kingston, who fell out of favour under Laszlo.[LNB]Kingston, who made his first appearance for more than two months in Sunday's win over Hamilton, this week described Jefferies as a father figure.[LNB]"I was trying to work out if he was older than my son!" the Jambos boss joked.[LNB]"It made me feel older.[LNB]"Whether he's not had that in the past, I don't know."[LNB]He added of the Ghana midfielder, who is out of contract this summer: "I've asked him if he wants to stay and there's a possibility he'd love to stay."[LNB]There was mixed news on the injury front for Hearts today, with Ismael Bouzid and Gary Glen both set to return to training. But Suso Santana (thigh) and Marian Kello (hand) are both doubts for the weekend, while Black (knee) remains sidelined.[LNB][LNB]
