With new evidence to present, Christian Nade had to back down in his dispute with the club According to his agent, Christian Nade is about to walk away from his dispute with Hearts over a contract he say he has with the club. Earlier this week, the French striker accused the Jambos of failing to honour a new three-and-a-half-year deal he says he signed earlier in the season. The club have previously denied any change to his contract had been agreed with Nade and responded to claims made by the player in a local newspaper by threatening legal action against him. Nade's representative, Laurent D'Jaffo, admits there is a lack of hard documentary evidence to support the allegations made by Nade, who is still a Hearts player until the end of the monthn. D'Jaffo said: "We have been on to the PFA but because we don't have the documentation in writing it won't stand up in a court of law. It is disappointing because we took the people of Hearts at face value but they have gone back on their word."
