More of the same please while having fun

Winning is a wonderful feeling and make all the hard work worthwhile. You have to be careful, however, that it does not stop being fun Jim Jefferies his keen for his squad to continue to enjoy their football just so long as they don't start thinking they only have to turn up to gather all three points. They have been on an impressive run and it would be easy to drop down a gear and lose momentum if they become complacent. Hearts have recorded just one loss in 10 games ahead of tonight's game against at St Mirren. The side have been playing and entertaining with an attacking flair with Rudi Skacel and David Templeton scoring and creating goals from midfield and Kevin Kyle and Stephen Elliott providing a threat up front. Jefferies said: "If you can't enjoy it now, with the way the team's playing and the spirit about the club, you'll never enjoy it. We're making sure we win every match we can. We used to go on great runs. I remember with Berwick Rangers we went 22 games - that would be nice. I can't see that happening, but you never know in football. We're also not going to become complacent. Complacency is one thing that can kick you in the teeth. They've got to make sure they concentrate on what they're doing. You've got to enjoy it when you can. We're not going to win every game, we know that, but what we've done is give ourselves a cushion and there's nothing to say that in the next few matches we can't keep it going." St Mirren boss Danny Lennon has admired Hearts' recent form but his team upset the odds against another form team, Inverness, on Boxing Day. Steven Thomson's double consigned the Highlanders to their first defeat in seven games and Lennon wants more of the same. He said: "We know we are playing against probably the in-form team in the SPL. It's going to be a difficult one, they have got players who are really well organised, playing for one another, and ones who have that bit of spark, the boy Templeton, Skacel, Kyle. So where we have that wee bit of advantage is that we're at home. If we get more of what we got on Boxing Day then we will be in with a shout."
