The 27-year-old is out of favour at Home Park and is being allowed to move on during the January transfer window.[LNB]Aberdeen and Hearts are both keen and MacLean is set to seal a deal, but the player insists he does not want to move on loan.[LNB]"I would like to think it will be resolved, one way or another, by tomorrow at the latest," MacLean's agent Blair Morgan told the Plymouth Herald.[LNB]"But I don't know which way it will go. Steve doesn't want to go anywhere on loan. We have made that very clear to both clubs.[LNB]"He has got a young family and a house in Plymouth. If he's going to move to Scotland, he wants to get his career on track somewhere.[LNB]"He would like to resolve the issue as soon as possible.[LNB]"Aberdeen are certainly very keen to sign Steve, but we are still waiting to hear from Hearts.[LNB]"Basically, that's where we are at. We are just waiting to see what develops."[LNB][LNB] Newcastle 2/5, Draw 7/2, Plymouth 13/2
