aryea Kingston would welcome a contract offer from Hearts, even if it involves taking a pay cut.[LNB] Midfielder Kingston is one of several big earners whose existing deals expire at the end of the season.[LNB]Manager Jim Jefferies has revealed he was under orders to trim the club's wage bill.[LNB]That cast serious doubt over Kingston's Hearts career but the 29-year-old has not ruled out staying on.[LNB]The Ghana international's days at Tynecastle looked numbered after he fell out with former manager Csaba Laszlo, but the January arrival of Jefferies has given him a new lease of life.[LNB]He told the Edinburgh Evening News: "I'm happy JJ came in and everything changed. He has confidence in me and I'm enjoying my football again.[LNB]"Honestly, I'm very happy here. I've already told the management that I'm waiting for them to put something on the table.[LNB]"If they start talking to me and put something on the table, I'm happy.[LNB]"They have not talked to me yet so I don't have any idea about what to do if they cut the wages or if they will offer higher wages. We haven't talked about it yet."[LNB]Laszlo repeatedly questioned Kingston's commitment to Hearts, with the player persistently injured and quoted as saying he would always put his country before his club.[LNB]He said: "I promise you, every injury I have had at this club, I have evidence of.[LNB]"I have the scans, my medical records and everything is there. It's true.[LNB]"I have never feigned injuries, even since I was young. I love football and I wanted to play every minute."[LNB]Of Laszlo, he added: "He gave me a tough time.[LNB]"I know he has been saying Kingston is not committed to Hearts but that was wrong.[LNB]"Every time I got injured, people were thinking 'this is Kingston doing this'. That was because of what Csaba said.[LNB]"A lot of people only know one side of the story, they didn't know what was really happening."[LNB]
