Jim Jeffries praised his side`s performance in the 1-1 draw with Inverness. Caley Thistle, unbeaten away from home since November 2009, went in front on their final road trip of the year through Grant Munro's 17th-minute header. Kevin Kyle equalised from the penalty spot after 25 minutes, but the hosts missed the chance to move level with Celtic in second place in the table as Caley Thistle's determined rearguard frustrated Hearts, extending the visitors' run to six games without defeat. The Hearts boss said: "I thought the team were outstanding and did everything you could've asked of them apart from putting the ball in the net. "It was just one of those days when it just wouldn't go in. "As a manager you can't have any complaints about the way our team played - their attitude, will and determination to win the game."
