Jefferies hails Hearts' away form

Hearts boss Jim Jefferies believes his team's new attacking approach is paying dividends - particularly on their travels. Despite failing to score against Celtic at Parkhead last weekend, the Jambos hit four away to Hamilton before overcoming Inverness 3-1 at Tulloch Caledonian Stadium. It was not all plain sailing for Hearts, however, who fell behind to Eric Odhiambo's 37th-minute strike. But an own goal by Chris Innes restored parity on the stroke of half-time before Ryan Stevenson and Calum Elliot secured the victory in the second half. "It's been really pleasing that we've been able to score three away goals at a tough place like Inverness, while we scored four at Hamilton earlier in the season, who are another team that are hard to beat at home," said Jefferies. "We've been encouraging the players to go out and win games and that's been something we've emphasised to them this season. It certainly seems to be working because not only are we managing to score goals, we are also creating plenty of chances."
