Hearts receive Mole boost

Hearts have received a boost with the news that striker Jamie Mole has not broken his foot.

The Edinburgh club feared the worst when the 20-year-old forward pulled up during training earlier in the week.

However, scans have revealed no significant damage and Mole could be back in action in time to face Rangers at Tynecastle on Saturday.

"It's just bruising to my big toe which is good news," he told the club's official website.

"It's a little sore but the Rangers game is still a couple of days away so I'm keeping my fingers crossed."
