Defender Bouzid suffered a back problem in last Saturday's 1-1 draw with Inverness as Hearts' six-game winning streak in the Clydesdale Bank Premier League, dating back to the 3-0 loss at home to Killie, came to a halt.
Lee Wallace (knee), David Obua (groin) and Jason Thomson (ankle) are nearing returns but are unlikely to be considered while Andrew Driver (thigh) and Suso Santana (knee) remain a few weeks away from action.
