Frail to appeal dugout ban

Hearts assistant head coach Stephen Frail has launched an appeal against a two-match touchline ban.
Frail was sent to the stands after protesting the decision to send off Christian Nade during Hearts' 3-1 SPL defeat by Kilmarnock last month.
The offence results in an automatic two-match ban, but with Frail's appeal hearing set for December 4, he will be allowed in the dugout for this weekend's league meeting with Aberdeen.
Speaking after the match, Frail apologised for his actions, saying: "I let everyone down with the way I reacted. I need to carry the can for that one.
"Christian also got sent off and let the team down but he's not any more culpable than me. I was sitting up the stairs wondering how it all happened and it was heartbreaking to watch the team suffer another defeat like that.
"It's the first time I've experienced being sent to the stands in my career and it was a real personal low."
