Frail hails Jambos upturn

Assistant coach Stephen Frail is pleased with the way the Hearts squad has bounced back after their dismal start to the campaign.
The Jambos took only two points from their first four games but have responded to last month's 5-0 thrashing at Celtic by beating Motherwell and Rangers in their last two matches.
"The way you handle things mentally is a huge side of the game, it's not all about the physical side," Frail told the Edinburgh Evening News.
"You can work on things in training but you also have to have the right mindset and attitude and I think the players have had that all along.
"They've said, and we've said, for a few weeks that they're capable of playing that way and I think that the team that won against Rangers finally proved that they can.
"They've taken a lot of stick, but in a way it's worked to bring the squad closer together.
"You've got to try to take the negatives in certain situations and turn them into positives and I think that is what we've done over the last couple of weeks. Hopefully we can keep working it in our favour."
