Frail calls for consistency

03 December 2007 01:57
Hearts' assistant coach Stephen Frail has called for the Jambos to show more consistency in the next few weeks. The Tynecastle-based club followed up a disappointing 1-1 draw against rock-bottom Gretna with a similar result against Celtic, and are in danger of missing out on a European place. Frail told the Edinburgh Evening News: "We'll go and beat Celtic or Rangers but then not go on a run. "These teams go on a run, so the other sides in the league need to be consistent. I've said all along we must bring European football back here. "I've said to the players it's important now that we start all games in the same way. "We need to make sure they identify that, whether it's Motherwell, Kilmarnock, Aberdeen, Falkirk, whoever, we approach the game in the same manner. "Maybe we've done that and things haven't quite worked for us, but we can't just keep doing it against Celtic and Rangers."
