Duo join Hearts' coaching team
The duo assisted Jim Jefferies for his first three games back in charge without being officially employed by the club.[LNB]Brown is Jefferies' long-time lieutenant, also working under him during the latter's first spell in the Hearts hotseat in the late 1990s.[LNB]Locke also played a key part in the original Jefferies era, becoming the club's youngest captain, leading the team in two cup finals, before eventually lifting the Scottish Cup alongside Stevie Fulton in 1998.[LNB][LNB][LNB]
