Hartlepool United boss Danny Wilson believes the strength and depth of his squad will help Pools in their promotion push towards the end of the season.
Wilson's side kept pace with Walsall and Swindon at the top of the table with a vital win over the latter last weekend without key duo Richie Barker and Willie Boland.
League Two leaders Walsall visit Victoria Park on Saturday with Boland expected to miss out again, but Wilson believes his squad can cope with the absence of key players.
"What was so good about Saturday's win was that we did it without some key players, who were missing," he told the Northern Echo.
"It's happened a few times in the last few months, but it's been seamless when we have had to change players and it's fantastic that people are willing and able to come in and make a difference.
"Lee Bullock came in at Swindon and did a fantastic job up front. We've got Willie Boland still missing and Richie Barker suspended, but it's credit to the rest of the lads that they haven't been missed."
