Pools seal Hartley swoop

Hartlepool United have snapped up defender Peter Hartley from neighbours Sunderland.
The 21-year-old has made a handful of appearances for the Black Cats but was out of contract at the Premier League club this summer.
He was a member of the Sunderland reserve side which won a league and cup double this season.
Hartley is the third new player - following Adam Boyd from Leyton Orient and Leon McSweeney from Stockport County - to arrive at Victoria Park since the end of the season.
