Pools duo in race to take on Rovers

Midfielder Ritchie Jones was not risked in the 2-0 defeat to Charlton on Saturday after aggravating a groin injury in training, a problem he originally picked up during the Carling Cup triumph at Coventry. Striker Colin Larkin remained on the bench during Saturday's loss having sustained a thigh injury during the pre-match warm-up. Aside from these problems, Turner has no serious injury concerns and is boosted by the ongoing return to fitness of star striker James Brown. The 22-year-old appeared from the bench once again on Saturday as he continued his comeback from a cruciate ligament injury that saw him miss much of last season.
