Hartlepool United have pleaded guilty to an FA charge of failing to control their players in the October defeat to Brighton.
A fracas erupted when the Seagulls grabbed a stoppage-time winner in the Victoria Park clash.
Both clubs were charged with failing to ensure their players and/or officials conducted themselves in an orderly fashion.
Pools pleaded guilty to the first charge, but not guilty to the second while Brighton denied both charges.
The clubs have requested personal hearings at a date to be arranged.
