Orient manager Geraint Williams lost his job after the O's lost at home to fellow strugglers Hartlepool as the visitors moved out of the drop zone.Gary Liddle nodded home a Ritchie Humphreys corner to put the visitors ahead, before Roy O'Donovan fired in after a fine run from Andy Monkhouse.
