Hartlepool United goalkeeper Arran Lee-Barrett faces a three-game suspension after being charged with violent conduct by the Football Association.
The charge relates to an incident during the second half of Saturday's FA Cup second round victory at Fleetwood Town.
After reviewing a video of the game, referee Clive Oliver said in his post-match report that he had missed an incident which showed Lee-Barrett had "struck the Fleetwood number 17 (Lee Hunt) with his right arm".
The 24-year-old had been booked for "adopting an aggressive attitude" following a confrontation with Fleetwood defender Kieran Walmsley after his spat with Hunt.
Lee-Barrett will miss the forthcoming games against Yeovil Town, Hereford United and Southend United.
