An 82nd-minute goal from striker Adam Boyd, who Pool signed from Orient in the summer, proved decisive and pushed Pool into ninth spot in League One.[LNB]Pool are five games unbeaten in League One and Turner said: "It's a long season and the team is starting to play the sort of attacking football we have in years gone by. We are still improving and the last few games at home - even Kettering last week - people couldn't complain if we scored four or five. We are going in the right away and in a very good position."[LNB]Boyd's sixth of the season came when he turned in a deep Colin Larkin cross from a tight angle and Turner added: "I thought we played really well - probably our best home performance of the season.[LNB]"The goal was a long-time coming, but it was worth the wait. Chances went begging at times which was frustrating, but we could have scored three or four goals and no-one could complain.[LNB]"There is an anxiety in the stadium because of negative thoughts from our first few home games. When we haven't scored in 60-70 minutes, it comes to the fore which is understanding."[LNB][LNB][LNB]
