Turner takes positives from defeat

A Gary Roberts penalty and a scrappy goal from defender Neal Trotman consigned Pools to a defeat which leaves them just a point and one place above the relegation zone.[LNB]"We had half-chances," Turner said. "We sent them out there to have a go and I thought for 60-70 minutes we matched them and were better than them.[LNB]"The difference was they put quality into the penalty box, and strikers of good pedigree take chances. Up to the second goal we played extremely well. The second goal turned the game scrappy.[LNB]"Even when we were had a goalbound shot, we beat the keeper, and they had two players on the line to clear. If we can be as positive as on Tuesday (at home to Carlisle) as we were, we will be okay. I want the same application and same attitude and hopefully the players get what they deserve."[LNB][LNB]
