Turner: Seagulls can't afford Monks
Monkhouse, the club's joint top scorer so far this season with eight goals, has been linked with a switch to Pools' League One rivals.[LNB]But Turner told skysports.com: "We've had no interest shown in any of our players and I don't think there will be much business this month because there isn't a lot of money in the Football League at the moment.[LNB]"The players that are doing well, such as Andy Monkhouse, will cost too much for clubs at this time of year.[LNB]"He is doing exceptionally well this season and hopefully he will maintain that and end up with 15 or so goals to his name, which would be fantastic."[LNB][LNB]
